xlip.uk provides URL shortening services. You may use the service to shorten links for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.
You agree not to use xlip.uk to:
Guest users may create up to 5 shortened links per hour without registering. Guest links are anonymous and cannot be managed or deleted after creation.
Registered users receive access to additional features including custom aliases, password-protected links, QR code generation, and a link management dashboard. Registration requires a valid email address and verification.
We reserve the right to remove any shortened link at any time, without notice, if it is found to violate these terms or is reported as abusive.
xlip.uk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to the service. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
All content, branding, and code associated with xlip.uk is the property of UnsyncSoftware. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you link to via xlip.uk. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve the URLs you submit for the purpose of providing the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnsyncSoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of xlip.uk, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of xlip.uk shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which in most cases will be zero, as the service is free).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of xlip.uk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
